Helena’s experience has fully equipped her for her role as a mentor for the team and loves working with existing team members and enjoys finding the right people to fit within the Willmot work family.
Wes loves still being hands on with the team and on the floor and overseeing the whole operation of the day to day running of all projects booked and ensuring collaboration and cooperation of all team members working together.
Ash is our trade qualified Panel Beater and accredited iCar Student, with over 30 years’ experience in the industry. As our Prestige Estimator Ash is fully qualified to estimate the damage of all prestige and European vehicles.
Mick commenced his apprenticeship within the Willmot family from 1983 and has maintained his highly respectable position for over 40 years. Trade qualified Panel Beater, iCar Student, holds a Certificate II in Automotive Air-conditioning Technology and is our in-house First Aid Officer.
Kurt has been with the Willmot family since 2015 and has been successfully promoted multiple times within the company. Fully qualified Autobody Technician and i-Car Student, Kurt ensure the quality control of every vehicle prior to customer collection.
Ashleigh is the first point of contact at Willmot Smash Repairs as our scheduling and bookings administrator; you’ll be greeted by Ashleigh with a positive and professional manner who is willing to assist with all customer enquiries. Ashleigh liaises closely with our Production Management team and a valued member of our Willmot family.
